The outbreak and spread of novel corona virus and the subsequent nationwide lockdown in India witnessed many migrants stranded in cities without basic provisions for food. While some others returned to their villages giving rise to food shortages and heavy pressure on sustaining families on marginal and fragmented landholdings. We took note of this tragic and distress situation and got registered with the Nashik Municipal Corporation and other Rural Government Authorities through Tehsildar Offices to get involved in relief work, chiefly through the distribution of food and dry ration. The infographic gives a clear picture of the relief outreach.
