Launch of MPSM Krishi App

Observing the difficulties of small and marginal farmers in accessing markets due to a lack of logistical support in the Corona crisis hit situation, We thought of purchasing and distributing agriculture inputs, especially seeds, on farm bunds. This idea was later found reinforced and in sync with the Government’s Order of making agriculture inputs available on farm bunds. On the other hand, the agriculture produce of these small and marginal adivasi farmers was found stuck in their homes and fields. In order to facilitate cash flow we decided to plan the procurement of agricultural commodities, especially cashew nuts. To ease the operations of distribution and procurement we conceived the idea of a mobile application, which finally resulted in the launch of MPSM Krishi App.
